This is the screen we gotta look at when passengers ask us which gate they gotta go to...then we check all the flight details on his boarding pass n match them with the info on the screen...n there u have it!...they know their gate number n they r happy...haha =)




This screen over here shows the ChangiNet...almost everything can b checked here. Everything from lost n found items...who lost wat...who is lost...haha...n other stuff like info about lotza stuff in the airport and outside of the airport...itz very useful! we also log into our accounts here... and say when we r going for our breaks here.











This iz one of the information counters in terminal one...this waz during our 1 week in terminal one. We can b inside there or rove around the place to help passengers...BE PRO-ACTIVE! haha. There u see Muzzy and Esther, one of the Customer Service Officers...shez very friendly n likes to laugh alot.
